We want to emphasize that addressing the critical site attacks and unauthorized resource use we’ve tracked is now our top priority—and we demand an immediate halt to this activity.

This is not a routine notice; protecting our systems from further harm and holding accountable those behind these actions has become our first and foremost focus. Should this activity continue, we will not hesitate to pursue full legal recourse under Nepal’s Electronic Transactions Act, 2063 (2006). Specifically, Section 47— which governs cyberattacks and unauthorized access—authorizes penalties including up to 5 years of imprisonment and/or a fine of up to NPR 1,00,000 (One Lakh Nepalese Rupees), and we are prepared to enforce these consequences fully.
